PRACTICE. YOU MAY USE THIS PAGE FOR FORMS OR TO PAY ONLINE WITH CREDIT CARD.

Welcome to the online registration page, we hope that you will find this process very convenient.
We have added an online credit card payment option. All online payments will be fast and secure through Google Checkout.
All credit & debit cards are accepted and we do not store any credit card information.
To use the online payment option, there is a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30. (located on bottom of this page)

Once you complete your online registration form, please return to this page to pay online with credit card (optional).
All forms and payment records are confidential and will be automatically sent to us once submitted.

Fees for the 2009/2010 season are as follows:
(includes: USAW card, unlimited use of Xtreme Training Center during season, t-shirt, gym bag, end of season banquet and trophy)

Force Wrestling is also accepting new sponsors. Our sponsorship program will bring $$$ back to YOUR own account to help pay for YOUR
tournaments. Simply CLICK HERE for a copy of the sponsorship letter, bring it to your employer, a friend or your own business and select a
sponsorship option. Half of the money received for the annual program will go into your own account. All sponsors will be listed on our
sponsor page and our home page. Our website has over 200,000 HITS and up to 1000 hits per day during the wrestling season.

To fully complete your registration, the following items must be complete and turned in by 10/23/09.
Most forms will be available online for you to fill out prior to registration night if you register online.

- Completed registration form (done online or at registration night)
- Copy of birth certificate (new FORCE wrestlers only)
- Current physical (school physicals are accepted) (due by first practice)
- You will need to fill out/sign a medical history questionaire and IKWF application.
- Payment in full (including past dues) (due on 10/23/09)
    - there is a deposit option ($100) to pay by credit card

Coaches will need to fill out a USAW Coaches Application. There is a fee of $40 for a coaches card.
All families will be required to participate in a Lottery fundraiser (1 set of tickets per family).
All wrestlers will be responsible to provide their own wrestling shoes and headgear (by first practice),
FORCE will distribute your wrestling singlet, which will require a $40 deposit check, to be returned at the end of the season.
